The Board of Directors would like to express the gratitude we all have for our volunteers - and the joy they have in serving our community. Thank you to our neighbor, Herb Robicheaux for being the Chairman of the Special Committee for Street Repairs in our neighborhood.
Our neighborhood's streets have surpassed the expected life and the repair/maintenance has been a pressing issue for the Board for the past few years. We continue to exhaust our efforts to have these maintained and repaired but have been met with the response that there are no funds to repair these streets, there is no street repair program in place, and our neighborhood is in the Houston ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) and that there is no time frame for these to be considered for repair.
