Upcoming Events

Dear Townewest Neighbors,

As we enjoy the last few weeks of Summer 2024 and look ahead to cooler days, activities have ramped up again at a different pace than we expected as we kick off the 2024/2025 Board year.

The Board of Directors is now complete and we would like you all to join us in congratulating our neighbor, Angela Massaro for her re-election! I would like to express how proud I am of her hard work, dedication, and wish her exceptional success! We would also appreciate you all for welcoming our neighbor, and newest Board Member, Elizabeth Seymour who wrote the following statement:

"My name is Elizabeth Seymour and I'm excited to be volunteering with the HOA Board of Directors. My husband James and I purchased our home in 2005. We built our lives in Townewest and raised our two children here. Although I have volunteered for the neighborhood in the past, this will be my first time serving on the board. While I already know some of you, I look forward to meeting and getting to know more of my neighbors. Thank you for this opportunity."

All Nonprofit Board of Director members understand that all Director positions are unpaid volunteers, that the term is 3 years and are pleased to be residents of Townewest HOA. We all have our neighborhood in our hearts and want the best for it.

Whether you appreciate the common areas we share, enjoy the swimming pool, Gulfstream Park, the multipurpose couts, or simply having your voice heard on civic issues, your contribution to the Townewest HOA will always be put to effective use.  From simple acts of kindness to generous gestures of support, our neighbors play a crucial role in making our community feel like home. We thank you all and we ask for your continued effort in helping keep our neighborhood feel like family.

Kind regards,
Robert Fuentes
President - Townewest HOA

Atentamente,
Robert Fuentes
Presidente - Asociación de Propietarios de Townewest
